This venue
Named university packs live under Theses. Write a full evidence chain—not a conference-style short.
Use this generic master’s layout only before you pick a school pack. Then switch to that university’s layout and official cover pages.
Length
Varies by school. STEM theses often ~30k Chinese characters; HSS 30–50k. Some schools only set a floor (e.g. 20k). Use your graduate-school notice.
Review
Not double-blind conference review. Advisor review, similarity check, external review, defense. Originality and copyright statements usually need wet-ink signatures.
Typesetting
When the school does not specify another style, references default to the current GB/T 7714—2025 numeric style; an explicit school rule wins. Include bilingual abstracts and keywords. Put your university on the cover and headers. Chapter titles should name the topic, not “Introduction” / “Experiments” alone.
Before you write
- Matched against the current school template.
- Statement pages use your university, not the sample name.
- Length meets your school’s rule.
- One GB/T 7714 style throughout.
Official pages
Summarized from public calls (as of 2026-09). Always match the CFP you are submitting to.
FAQ

- Outline in the generic shell first; switch to the graduate-school pack once the university is fixed.
- Failed similarity check?
- Follow the school rewrite process; do not paste published conference text unmarked.
- Can published conference work go in?
- Often yes with proper credit—confirm department rules on thesis–paper overlap.
