How the result enters discussion
The adaptive policy gains about 8 pt while and regret by about —discussion can turn on the calibration–robustness trade-off, not scores alone.

2 Related Work
Prior calibration work mostly reports ECE on i.i.d. holds[1].
We compare accuracy and calibration error under one protocol[2].
The adaptive rule brings ECE from 0.09 down to 0.04. See Fig. 1[3]
