Welcome to Textira (the “Service”), operated by Aipujia. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
1. The service
Textira provides assistance for academic writing, including but not limited to venue-formatted drafts, literature and source organization, and editable exports. Features are as actually offered in the product.
2. Accounts and use
You must keep your account and password secure and are responsible for activity under your account. Do not use the Service for illegal, infringing, academically dishonest, or otherwise harmful purposes.
3. Content and responsibility
You are responsible for content you upload, enter, or generate. AI-generated text may be wrong or incomplete; you must review and revise it before submission, defense, or publication. Sample data is for practice only and must not be treated as real experimental results.
4. Intellectual property
Software, interface, brand, and documentation of the Service belong to the operator or respective rights holders. You retain rights in input you lawfully own and in output you confirm, and you authorize the operator to process them as needed to provide the Service.
5. Changes and suspension
We may change, interrupt, or end some or all of the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or compliance, and will give notice when reasonably possible.
6. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for losses caused by force majeure, network failure, third-party services, or your own actions. The Service is provided “as is” and does not guarantee any particular academic outcome.
