Official LaTeX only—margin hacks are rejected. Submit on OpenReview; activate accounts early with an institutional email.
Main-track papers typically need an Impact Statement before the references (outside the page cap).

- Can I dual-submit with NeurIPS?
- No parallel archival submissions of substantially similar work. Dual submission can reject you at any time.
- Will reviewers read the appendix?
- Not guaranteed. Keep essential results in the first 8 pages.
