Common length pitfalls
A common cap is ~6 pages including figures, tables, and references, with fee’d extra pages—some tracks use 4 or 8. Read that CFP.
Unlike NeurIPS/ICML, many IEEE conferences count references inside the page limit. For TPAMI/TNNLS, switch to the journal guide.
Blind review and camera-ready
Some IEEE conferences are double-blind, others are not. Restore affiliations and the copyright line on camera-ready.
Camera-ready often must pass PDF eXpress: embedded fonts, no encryption, no page numbers. Do not alter margins.
