Write the contribution fully at submission; length is often constrained later, if accepted.
LaTeX and Word
Upload PDF/PS for review if you drafted in LaTeX; convert to their Word kit after acceptance.
Keep bilingual title/abstract/keywords. Figures should be editable with captions.

- Can I submit a conference paper?
- ISBN proceedings versions are usually ineligible. Workshop notes without ISBN may differ—check the FAQ.
- Double-blind?
- Single-blind per the journal FAQ. You may suggest exclusions.
