This venue

Broad AI and applied systems; for pure ML theory, NeurIPS/ICML audiences may be tighter. Special-track rules follow that year’s CFP.

arXiv is allowed, but the review PDF must stay anonymous. Authors typically cannot be added after submission; per-author caps apply on the technical track.

Length

Main track: 7 pages of technical content; references and the reproducibility checklist may continue after that. No acknowledgments in the review PDF. Camera-ready extra-page fees follow AAAI Press.

Review

Double-blind. Strip authors from the review PDF. Put the checklist in the same PDF after references; it does not consume the 7 content pages.

Typesetting

Use that year’s official two-column Letter Author Kit. Do not load link packages that break references, and do not change margins or title styles. The kit already sets the bibliography style.

Before you write

  • Technical content ≤ 7 pages.
  • Reproducibility checklist in the PDF.
  • Anonymous author block.
  • Author is under the submission cap.

Official pages

Summarized from public calls (as of 2026-09). Always match the CFP you are submitting to.
