Official portal only
Most journals reject email or paper mail. IDs often cannot be replaced—submit a clean draft.
Use lasting contact details. Decisions often take months; some journals allow inquiry after ~6 months.
Anonymity and pledges
Double-blind titles: clean PDF and filename; pledges may be required with the first upload.
Single-blind titles: authors are visible, but declarations and exclusion lists may still apply.
Language, abstracts, production
Many titles want Chinese originals—not translations—plus bilingual title/abstract/keywords.
LaTeX is fine for drafting and some review PDFs; production is often Word. Do not write a Chinese journal article like an 8-page CS conference paper.
Prior conference versions
ISBN proceedings versions are often ineligible. Workshop notes without ISBN may differ—read the FAQ.
Dual submission and duplicate publication are red lines. Extensions should state the delta.
